Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy applies to purchases of products and services from BPL MEDTECH PRIVATE LIMITED. By purchasing from us you agree to the terms below.

1. Scope

This policy covers physical products sold via our website or direct sales, and certain services where explicitly stated. It does not apply to damages caused by misuse, unauthorised repairs, or normal wear and tear.

2. Warranty & Returns Eligibility

• Manufacturer's warranty: Many medical devices are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Warranty duration and terms differ by product — check the product documentation.
• Returns window: Returns for defective or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery unless a longer warranty period is specified for that product.
• Condition: Products must be returned in original packaging with accessories and documents unless otherwise agreed.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following are generally non-returnable unless defective: consumables, single-use items, custom-configured equipment, opened sealed items where the seal prevents reuse, and digital services once delivered.

4. Refunds & Replacements

• Defective/incorrect items: We will investigate reported defects. If approved, we will at our option repair, replace, or refund the item.
• Refund method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within a reasonable time after approval. Processing times depend on payment provider.
• Shipping: Return shipping costs are covered by us when the return is due to our error or a proven defect; otherwise the customer may be responsible.

5. How to Request a Return / Refund

1. Email info@bplmedtechprivatelimited.shop with order details, invoice, photos/videos showing defect and reason for return.
2. We will respond with return instructions and an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) if applicable.
3. Ship the product per our instructions. Keep tracking information until the return is confirmed.

6. Exceptions & Damages in Transit

Inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage within 48 hours. Claims for transit damage may require photos and the original packaging.

7. Disputes

If you are not satisfied with the outcome, contact our support and we will escalate internally. For unresolved disputes we follow the Governing Law section in our Terms & Conditions.
